The menu will feature food raised on teh Farm. You'll meet the producers and depen your undersanding of Vermont's edible landscape.Following a guest speaker, feast on a spectacular grazing dinner showcasing local foods raised by VFN farm partners and prepared by over 20 of Vermont's finest chefs. Attend afternoon seminars with local and national food authorities, chefs and growers.
