Calendar of Events

A three-day exploration of cheesemaking with tastings, tours of regional cheesemakers and a full day of hands-on experience with Shelburne Farms Cheesemaker. Led by Jeff Roberts of Montpelier, author The Atlas of American Artisan Cheese (published in June 2007) and co-founder and principal consultant to the Vermont Institute for Artisan Cheese at the University of Vermont.
